What we are

Real Time Oct 7 is a place to understand what happened on October 7 through the voices of the people who lived it.

Through firsthand testimonies, original recordings, interactive documentation, film and virtual reality, the center brings together the stories of survivors, victims and the communities affected by the attack.

The truth has a face. A voice. A story.

Why we do
what we do

October 7 was witnessed by thousands of people and documented in real time. Yet around the world its reality has been questioned, denied, manipulated and dismissed.

We believe the most powerful way to understand what happened is not through arguments or headlines, but through human stories. Real Time Oct 7 exists to preserve those stories and make sure they continue to be heard.

Fighting lies
with authenticity

In the days and months following October 7, misinformation spread around the world. People questioned whether the attacks happened. Some denied the testimonies of survivors. Others dismissed documented evidence as fabricated or generated by AI.

This center exists because the truth should not disappear beneath the noise. But we are not here to lecture. We are here to share, to listen, and to meet the people behind the stories.

Behind every number is a person. Behind every person is a story.

The stories,
in real time

Six installations. Each one tells a different part of the story. Together they help visitors understand what happened, and encounter the people whose lives were changed forever.

The timeline

October 7, minute by minute

6:28 AM. The morning begins. Then everything changes.

A film projected across more than twenty synchronized screens follows the events as they unfolded, minute by minute. Through documented footage, information and testimonies, the installation shows how the attack developed across the Gaza Envelope communities.

Start here. It is the context for everything else in the center.

The guided processing space

A space to process

Reflect before you return to the world

The stories of October 7 can be difficult to experience. The final part of the journey is a guided space designed to help visitors pause and reflect. Led by ISRAEL-is, the emotional processing workshop creates space to process what visitors have experienced before returning to their daily lives.

A moment to stop. To reflect. And to understand what you are taking with you.

This is not something
you simply watch

You meet the people behind the stories. You hear their voices. You see what happened. And you leave with a deeper understanding of October 7.

For many visitors the most powerful part is not a single exhibit. It is the people, the voices they hear, the stories they encounter, and the realization that behind everything they have seen is a real person.

Their words,
in their own voices

People from around the world come to Real Time Oct 7 with different backgrounds, beliefs and perspectives. What they experience is personal.

Real Time Oct 7 is experienced differently by every person who walks through the center. Hear from visitors who came and listened.
